Delivery

Little Tikes items are delivered in their original packaging using their prepackaged outer carton in perfect condition. Great care is taken in sending our products to our shipping partners, however some handling or transit damages may occur during delivery that is out of our control.

Delivery Times & Charges

Orders on this website are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times can vary and can sometimes take up to 10 business days.  If for some reason there are unexpected delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post, a nominated courier company of our choice. All orders must be signed for. Please nominate a delivery address where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. We don’t guarantee specific delivery dates or times. If no one is present for delivery a slip will be left at your residence so you can arrange for final delivery or collection.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times, estimated shipping times do change and vary due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product hasn’t arrived by your estimated delivery time, please click here.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Bensons Trading Company is the Australian distributor for Little Tikes and MGA to independent retailers including Little Tikes direct to consumer website in Australia. Bensons reserves the right to change prices for delivery at any time.

Credit card charges for purchases on Littletikes.com.au will show on your statements as Bensons Trading Company.

Goods will not be accepted for return without our prior written authorisation by Bensons Trading Company Head Office via a completed Return Authority Form.

Return freight will not be covered by Bensons Trading Company and will only be accepted if the goods are returned by our preferred carrier.  Claims for items which are shop worn, mishandled or abused will not be allowed and will be returned with a fee.

In the event that there is a change of mind, the customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. Bensons will not refund shipping charges. Goods must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories, in re-saleable condition within their original box. This must be done within a 30 day period from date of purchase, along with a copy of your purchase must be sent via email to our customer service team.
